This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to assist us when our car got stuck in the snow, making our stay much less stressful. The rooms were warm, clean, and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to the ski lift and the stunning mountain views from the hot tub were breathtaking.
The hotel could improve on the room temperature control at night.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its comfortable rooms and beautiful views from the small balconies. The family-run atmosphere creates a warm and welcoming environment where the staff are attentive and hospitable. The hotel is well-maintained and features a lovely outdoor terrace for guests to enjoy.
Everything was satisfactory and no improvements are needed.

The hotel's location was ideal as I could walk to most places, and the views from my room were stunning. The hotel facilities were modern and well-equipped, including a heating system for my ski boots. The staff were very attentive, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast served fresh pastries which were perfect.

The location was breathtakingly beautiful and the hotel was cozy and well-kept. We appreciated the attentive and warm service from the owners and staff. the meals were delicious and thoughtfully prepared with regional specialties. We also enjoyed the convenient location close to the ski lifts and local amenities, such as restaurants and shops.
It would have been nice to have a wider selection of breakfast options, as the options provided were limited. due to the high altitude and cooler temperatures, it would have been helpful to have more blankets and a more efficient heating system in the room to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

We had a lovely stay at a family-friendly hotel that was ideally located for winter sports. Our room was warm, clean, and comfortable. the staff was extremely helpful and dealt with an issue we had promptly. the breakfast was enjoyable, with fresh pastries on offer. We appreciated the heating system for our ski boots and the facilities available on site, such as the bar and steam room.

A cozy family-run hotel in an ideal location, close to all local facilities. the room was well-appointed with a large and comfortable bed and stunning views. the staff was attentive and hospitable. I loved the outdoor terrace, perfect for catching the sun.
The steak I had for dinner was pretty tough, but I understand that the village has a tiny permanent population, and the chef will be addressing this with the butcher. the limited options for food and coffee in the village meant that I had to go without.
